It is fully furnished and landscaped ready for a sim to move right on in.

I also used minimal CC but what I did use is linked at the bottom of the post.

Requires: Ambitions, Pets and Generations. I do have all the EP's and SP's though so if a texture seems out of place sorry!

Includes: CC folder, sims3pack and .package file for those who hate the launcher. Just put it in the library folder.
